I purchased the extended version of the farm pass (beta). I noticed that I’m not getting the extra spins for the WOF and Valley. Did anyone else notice this? I did send a message to SC in game. Hopefully, they reply soon.

I had this the other day too. Today it is the same, have done the first spin and not free farm pass spin! Annoying as today is the wheel with better prizes

This is happening with even those that did not get the beta. 😢
For me, it's no WoF spin, and no way to contact support. My sister has no WoF and no valley extraspins, but she can contact support... it just hasn't helped.

I've just realised it's the valley too! Have purchased farm pass too, but we are not getting the full benefit. Still no extra valley spin or WoF spin, even after maintenance!

Huh. My farm has not gone into maintenance at all today. Unless it was a super fast, blink and you miss it maintenance.
EDIT: I’ve been waiting assuming it was still on the way…

I contacted support and they said that it will be fixed "as soon as a stable solution can be found" and "let's wait till it's all sorted and the system will notify you of appropriate compensation" So far no fix, no compensation. I love this game, but the numbnuts running it right now have got to go. A stable solution??? What are they doing? It was pretty stable until now. |
