support does not address the issue

Can anyone tell me how to get hay day support to do their job and provide support? i have sent several in game messages and every answer from hay day does not address the issue but instead makes other worthless suggestions or assumptions.  this has happened before but did not involve real money that I spent on the game.

I am a long time player, my farm level shows this, and yet I feel like I am being treated like an idiot or a new player. Is there anyone else I can reach?
