I am so very disappointed with this new machine and its products!! Expensive machine, and the products require ingredients that take a lot of time and additional ingredients to make. I know this is just the first sneak peek, but it’s off to a bad start with just the same difficult costly things every update. 😞

Wow that is a lot of product to make. Iv been finding the porridge machine challenging for the apple porridge I feel I have to put on apple jam every second one to keep stock so you can make apple porridge. For those that can’t hire Tom or the two that sit up the hill just trying to keep the ice cream supply will be a full time job. Will be interesting to see on the next event where the milkshakes will be high points or low points. If they are low points I won’t hesitate to trash to much product. Hoping next sneak peak is an improvement to one of the areas that require a refresh. So far I’m not jumping for joy.

Probably a waffle. 😞 There are the Hand Pies from the Deep Fryer that also require Apple Jam. Raspberry Jam for PB&J Sandwiches and Filled Doughnuts. And Jelly Beans need Raspberry Jam and Blackberry Jam. I'm not sure where Cherry Jam is needed. Anyway, looks like another Jam Maker (or two) is needed! |

And of course the update will arrive right after this valley season ends, so I won't have a chance to collect puzzle pieces with all these Lucky Bonuses that I didn't use up to now on purpose  Same for the puzzle piece of the Thanksgiving Event that will go to waste. |

Hate me if you must, but I have to say it. This game is about to collapse under its own weight. Team HD need to focus on making the player experience enjoyable for all, including fixing the long list of bugs that have fallen off the back burner, instead of piling more machines and products and stupid sanctuary animals onto it every three months. It’s not sustainable.

I am still interested in "Sneak Peak", so.... arzea & BauldersGate thank you so much for sharing your infos + screenshots for a better understanding. That's nice!   Not so nice is the new machine. It's not a surprise, isn't it? If it wouldn't have been a new machine way over 1mio I'd have been worried about SC.  [Sarcastic mode off....] Additional new animals for the zoo? Really? 
As for me I already restrained from buying the last expensive machine, and that was a good idea. Products are rarely demanded, and if it's all of a sudden still gonna happen, I use Tom or send the townie packing. Additional...I mentioned it prior...I am really lacking space. That is meanwhile the main reason for reluctance with new machines. I have enough coins, but I won't be forced to stack my machines. 
Same applies for the new one. I don't see a point to buy it. Tom will do, he has to.  |

One can only hope that new staff will take the time to read media outlets like this one to see what the players are wanting and make the change to future updates. So far my feet are still glued to the floor not feeling the jumping coming on with the penguins as cute as I’m sure they will be it so far feels like rinse and repeat. But you never know what today’s sneak peek will bring and it’s Friday here I’m excited it’s the weekend so I’m hoping for something big maybe something new to the game. 😂

Where are you using the new products recently introduced?
As long as the new products aren't being used, I don't need to make more on my farm. I made too many porridge ending up being sold in RSS to make barn space :/.
I'm more looking forward to hearing about the Gift Wrapping Station event for December.

The Gift Wrapping Station was so fun last year gives us something to look forward to. I use to be in a nh that a few of us made products and gave to the leader to put into a baby farm others used as a shop it help the players out a lot and still does. Even though I left the hood I still give to the leader regularly to help out she is a dear friend. I always say if Iv got something in my barn and I can help a mate out I do. This is what I love about hey day iv made some incredible friends in real life.

I was hoping it would be more along the lines of the recent events
The gift wrapping station was a fun idea but a little narrow focused, 'make these same x items over and over and over'
Vs the new events that are still flawed but more dynamic
EDIT: bout 1 min after I said this ↑↑ Dairy news came out and crushed my dreams 😆

I watched the video from last year to see what products we needed so we can get preparing. We had 3 gifts we had to make and all required crops and finished products to make. For me it’s a do or die event this year, pending we have to start all over, or get the original machine with the open slots at the machine we have. If it’s the first, that will be it for me I fear. already started hoarding the long growing crops we needed last edition. 😉 |
