I am at 1 piece left for my second penguin... so I am wondering, can we still collect puzzle pieces if they are not currently needed? I know we will be getting babies probably in the next update.

TIA! I tried this once before and, although the boats appeared to be ready to give puzzle pieces, I didn't get them. There's nowhere for them to fly to if your book is full, so your efforts will be wasted (unless something has changed). I hope this helps. |

I'll be 4 away once this boat event is over and with 1 more in the valley and a bunny Derby underway I can see me being done with puzzle pieces on Monday too
From previous experience you can't store any and you physically can't buy any more with valley tokens once you're at max
I should ignore the boats and drag out the last few....but I just can't 😆

It looks like I’m earning puzzle pieces, I have all the animals , but they’re not recorded anywhere, so I’m actually not. Even though they’re shown on the boat chart that I’ve earned them.

Derby pieces are grayed out now and valley is a no go.

I got my second penguin this morning with the boat event puzzle pieces, therefore all my Sanctuary animals are collected.
Any further puzzle pieces are definitely not saved .. I so wish they were as I’m sure Hay Day will add more Sanctuary animals in future updates. Baby penguins next and we’ll have to start collecting puzzle buts from scratch.

I wish they’d put in an alternate reward for those who can’t collect them. Or at least exchange for 5 or 10 diamonds, or whatever the equivalent is.
I’ll be collecting Safari animals for years if they don’t introduce any more, so it’s not an issue for me yet, lol. But I feel like those who can’t use a reward are kind of missing out.

Same here only wish they would give diamonds as a replacement for when you don’t require puzzle pieces or scrolls anymore farm pass is replaced by coins if I remember correct.

I have 842 unused expansion permits, I wish we were able to similarly accumulate "yet unused" puzzle pieces.

My farm is bare, no deco :-) In fact, I was hoping to get to the point where I wouldn't be able to accumulate more expansion permits, but Hay Day adds new land sections faster than I get expansion permits  Looks like I would need 1290 expansion permits to open everything that's left on my farm. |

I have truely not been gifted the art of will power when it comes to hey day. I caved in within 2 days of the moon stuff. Love that we all have our own style of playing.
