YOU MUST CLAIM YOUR REWARDS BEFORE THE EVENT ENDS OR YOU WILL LOSE THEM
This is NEW and worth highlighting. IF this now operates like some other games I play, there is now NO GRACE PERIOD to get your prizes. When the event ends, it may disappear with any unclaimed prizes. So claim each prize as you earn it, please. I found this out the (very) hard way in another game and I was very annoyed because I had bought the “golden” path. Customer service refused to give me my prizes and I’ve since refused to support the game. (It’s a principle thing. Sure I made a mistake but I think a little one-time grace with a new feature was warranted after I had been supporting the game from the get-go.)
But I digress.
Again, we have become accustomed to claiming prizes after an event ends. (I like claiming all my prizes at once. Feels like Christmas.😊)
BUT this rule seems to have been changed.
Please CLAIM EACH PRIZE AS YOU EARN IT to avoid possibly losing them.
I don’t have social media and just now idly navigated to “new threads” and saw that Tahoe had also helpfully posted the actual notices from Instagram and not just the link. I would not have known otherwise. Thanks!

ROSE, AND THE FEED ANIMALS TASKS
I hired Rose on two of my baby farms to help with those high point tasks. This morning, both the “feed 45 cows” and the “feed 30 chickens” tasks HAVE EXPIRED undone EVEN THOUGH Rose has collected the products AND all the animals are fat and well fed. The Event only registered the first 15 and18 feeds respectively.
This did NOT happen on my main farm where I had been visiting regularly throughout the day. Rose fed and collected and they all registered. I make this last point because…
…I suspect that it is because I went to sleep - silly me 😏 - and did not open the baby farms again between each feeding and before the tasks expired. I’ve noticed this before with the train pick ups. If I haven’t opened my baby farms in a while, passengers do not show as available for pickup even though they are. I can do the workaround and visit the farm individually and pick them up, but for them to show on my main farm train as available I have to open the specific account.
All that to say: if you’re using Rose and have “Feed Animals” tasks (perhaps Collect Products too but I don’t know), visit your farms or you might lose out.

I believe you, I believe you  For the sake of completeness, can you share other check(s) prior to leaving the farm in Rose's hand? For example, for feeding 45 cows,I would say you should be able to have Rose needing to collect 45 or more to meet her target ? i.e.,target is 75 and only 29 or less in her stock? |

Hi Frog 😊 You’re right, I should have added all that. Yes…to be clear…on both baby farms, Rose’s storage was EMPTY at the start of her hire and both farms are sufficiently advanced in level for her storage to cover the tasks. One has 50 storage, the other 80 IIRC. I also made sure that she had enough feed already made, and being made, to feed all 45 and 30 animals. This is because my farms - being babies - don’t have a lot of silo spaces. As I never planned to check in regularly, Rose would have run out of wheat, corn, carrots and soy beans if I hadn’t set up the feed. I would have done the same for a “Collect” task and for the same reasons. All that planning…to no avail. 😄 It’s actually a bit funny now. The best laid plans of mice and men… |

Thank you. Do I understand that right that Rose collected the expected amount, but these aren't registered for the Halloween event task? Or she aren't collecting at all? I know at least one on forum hires Rose 24/24 and have lots of farm and is also very motivated for some experience to confirm the issue  . |

Only registered those she collected when I started the task. This has not been an issue on the main farm which I frequent. |

I thought that whatever Rose does, doesn't count towards derby tasks or for any special event.

Rose's work does not count towards completion of derby tasks, but it does count for these type of events (as well as farm pass goals if I'm not mistaken). Edit- I just confirmed her work does count towards completing farm pass goals. |

You just have to make sure you visit the farm while she’s working and, I’m guessing, just before she harvests. I took another animal task on a baby farm to test it. 45 pigs. She took the first 15 no problem. I set a timer. Next time I went in 10 more were registered - odd because they were all ready at the same time. I figure that my timer was off and she harvested 5 while I wasn’t looking. 😏 The next time I went in though, she only had 5 to collect. So she collected 15 along the way and they registered. Maybe a visit is needed only between the first and second harvests.🤷♀️ Who knows? There’s definitely a glitch though. |

I used her while doing the egg task, but made sure her store of eggs was full so I could collect manually. I also lined up extra feed on both machines so she could feed them all, each time. The I set a timer for 20 minutes, and it didn’t take long.

When I have the egg, cow or pig tasks, I just make sure there is plenty of food in store for her. Take the task first, raise her requirements high enough then go about my day. I never bother going back.

I never bother going back. The glitch “just” happened on my main farm. Took the milk task yesterday. She had gathered 30 last I checked. 48 minutes before the cows would be ready again, I closed the game and because life 😏, didn’t play again. Opened it just now, the task is expired with only the 30 registered and yet Rose has all the milk and the cows are fed. It’s not the feed, the space or the setting that’s the issue. Something is up with my game. 😟 |

Can only hope matey that sc start to working on the glitches in the game. Does make all the hard work you do on task disheartening.

Once you finish to 11000, all of these balloons will start floating upwards. CLICK on them and pop them! I got diamonds and money out of each one. Just in case no one has experienced this yet.
