Hello,
I have a question and will be very happy if someone can please help (I checked the previous threats but I could not find or (sorry) I missed it).
I could not play for a very long time. When I have started playing again a few days ago, I was offered free barn and silo upgrade on my farms (except 1 farm for a reason I do not know).
- Is this free barn & silo upgrade on a monthly basis or was it a one-time "gift" for an event?

I can't confirm anything specific, but this also happened to my daughter. Busy times at work. When she was able to start up again, she received nice offers. I think her farm was let go at least six months. Many players here keep track of stats, maybe they will chime in with some info for you fellow farmer  |

Hi Lily77I don't know for 100% precisely, but what I know is when you abandon your farm for a while (I think it was 6 month min) SC will reward you with some nice things in order to please you and keep you on track. |

My baby farm was not opened for at least 9 months and when I did open it it got the gold Greg statue. Expansion items would have been much more useful😂😂 |

Dear all, I am very sorry for my late reply, and I thank you so much for your input and replies. Now I understand why I got the free upgrade. I did not play = I mean I did not login for more than 6 months on the farms that got free upgrade. One of my farms did not get the free upgrade: Even though I did not play on that farm (did nothing), I kept logging in a few times during the period that I did not login on the other farms. So, I think you are right donkeyfan = the minimum time is 6 months. And when one logins even without doing anything (e.g., planting), that farm will not get the free upgrade (my experience) so I assume that minimum time (likely 6 months) relates logging in a farm. Again, thank you so much for the replies! |

Thank you and happy playing. What you observed is called "Reengagement rewards". Introduced, if I recall correctly, during early 2023 update but not mentioned in Release Notes. That's why it's not widely known by players nor discussed, although we have a few mentions on forum before. After WInter updated on 27th November, some new things came up: My mini at lvel 19 that was deliberatedly ignore since mid november (around Thansgiving Task event / the 1 week Visitor buying deco event), now has triggerered the "Reengagement rewards" on 21st december: - reminder of what Order Board, Farm Pass are about - 2 days of Special Offers from Visitors (at least the text says so, and confirmed to be x2 coins) - 2 free days of Tom’s services What I do not have, unlike stated on support site or compared to what I received earlier on 3rd August: _ A sum of Coin and Diamonds (determined by your XP Level) _ 2 free days of tree, bush and rock removal _ 1 free Silo upgrade _ 1 free Barn upgrade _ 1 of each Animal Feed type for free Hay Day Support text has changed: support.supercell.com/hay-day/en/articles/re-engagement-rewards.html |

Today (06th Mar 2024), another mini at level 60 has returned after 50ish days of hibernation. It gets the perks as listed on the current version of the FAQ (quoted below). I took screenshots as well.
An icon next to Booster icon appears with countdown time for free tree/bush/rock removal.
Hay Day Support text has changed again (changes in blue):
