During this laborious bingo derby, one of my neighbors asked if I would pay 5 or even 10 diamonds to be able to choose a derby task at that moment. And I said, yes I would! Just curious how the rest of you feel? If you could choose one task per derby, would you pay diamonds? How many?

I would decline this option only because I don't purchase diamonds. I gather them through free rewards (valley, mystery box, mining etc.). I usually use diamonds adding slots to my machines as well as the extra task at the end of derbies. Now if purchasing the extra task you could choose your task for just the original 10 diamonds, I'm in.

No, I wouldn’t pay diamonds just to choose the task I wanted. I am very stingy when it comes to spending diamonds. I never buy them. I use them to open slots on machines, or to buy an extra derby task, occasionally call a boat early.

No, I would not pay diamonds to choose a particular task. Luckily 2 of our 3 derby players are retired, so sharing trash duties is easy for us.

I can state categorically that I MIGHT use diamonds.  If it was the end of the bingo derby and we needed it for the third bingo I might. Probably not, though. I do buy diamonds but I don't use them on derbies. |

Most unlikely I would pay 💎💎 for a task. I have plenty of 💎, probably because I rarely use them apart from opening slots and an extra task in a derby.

Since I mostly derby solo, I have to spend diamonds on the 10th task each week just to stay in the Champs league. I also use my diamonds on the helpers (for extra storage space), so highly doubtful I'd use any on a task.

I also would't pay for a task because the alternative would be that it takes a little longer. I'm not looking for the first 3 places at derby, I do not care.
I used my last diamonds to expand the slots at the smelters. Now every smelter has 8 slots, that's very comfortably.

Very interesting to read all your responses. 😁 I don’t buy diamonds either, but I do try to gather them from events and the valley. We try to compete for at least top 3 in the derby every week, so I always use 10 for the extra task. I rarely spend diamonds on deco, and all my machines are upgraded to a reasonable number of slots, so I’m able to keep a pretty even supply of diamonds. Thanks for all the input. 😁

No. Only on 10th derbytask. Not for additional reward lines. Sooner or later they will drop anyway (or not). I play Hayday for fun.

Since I usually spend 10 diamonds for that extra task, I would definitely like the option to choose what it would be!! Sounds like a great idea. Especially in this bingo derby. Where we wait, and wait for that exact task! Lol

I would not use diamonds to pick a task. I like having to choose a task from the board. It makes me change my farm routine, which is a good thing. But that maybe because my nh is a larger one and does not finish derby until Sun night, Mon morning, so no urgency in picking and doing tasks.

I suppose many farmers would use such a chance to shorten the waiting time to get an appropiate task. So they are able to finish earlier with getting more chances for the first 3 places. But if you are not in a hurry as you, lucky wrote, the use of diamonds would be expendable.  |
