Disappointed that…the cake which is usually a free gift is now on the paid for farm pass...  Yes. This surprised and disappointed me too. That HD made its birthday cake paid content feels like a step down a questionable path. I hope they reconsider next year. |

Actually, RS15, players need to reach the personal global threshold before they can receive the global reward for each event. This Birthday Boat event the personal global threshold was 5 boats.
