Ok, misleading title but where on earth has the indigo and cherries gone? I’ve looked and looked, probably opening hundreds if not thousands of ads in the DD over the last couple of days but to no avail. Is this a glitch after the update?

No, both are used to make the Easter eggs for the 2 week event. So if you want to make coins, grow indigo and harvest cherry trees. Sell both for max price in your RSS. But my guess is that people use it for the Easter eggs lately and for the next 1,5 week.
