I know the first is 5 lbs, then 17, then 45, but that’s as far as I have got. How many are needed to reach the fourth threshold and qualify for the diamonds?
And has it always been measured in LBS?, I could have sworn it was previously measured in kilograms, am I dreaming? or have I somehow reset some setting?

Lbs or kg is language dependent. The amount stays the same. You can verify this by changing in-game language.
I’ll share the numbers later, haven’t start fishing yet.

IIRC, the goal to for the personal global threshold is 90lbs. The goal for the last threshold is 150lbs. |

Sounds about right.
5 - 15 - 45 - 90 - 150. Global threshold at 90.
