So, for over a week now, I cannot access coin shop, diamond shop (DECO!), or farm pass purchase. I get an error message saying the billing server is not responding. I have tried everything I can think of and contacted HD 4 times, to no avail. Can a ybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

For starters I'd make sure your operating system (iOS, Android) is up to date and clear your cache prior to trying to make a purchase. Not sure if you tried to reach SC Support from within the game, but there is an out-of-game contact form for Support that you might try if you haven't yet. From this forum's Home page, go to the Supercell Support Board (that's just below the Bugs board this is posted on). On the page that comes up, you'll see some information on Purchases and below that is the Troubleshooting information, where you'll see the Contact Form. Check back here as well in case others are experiencing this and have more information. Good Luck.

I have been experiencing the same problem, with an added one that I cannot contact Help and Support either. I have found that I can access the diamond shop and buy the farm pass by opening the game on an older device, so it's clear that the issue is not with my bank. Please clarify which device and operating system you are using. I will then draw this to Supercell's attention. Thank you.

Thanks so much for your replies. I've tried everything I can think of. I am able to make similar in app purchases in other games, so it's clearly a HD problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice. (Interestingly, gp reinstalled my old game automatically, rather than installing a new game and then prompting that I have a previous game.) I've checked that I'm logged in everywhere, that there's no bank issue, and checked my settings as thoroughly as I know how. I haven't changed anything. I just woke up one day and everything had gone sideways. I'm completely discouraged. I've been playing this wonderful game for six happy years. I'm a "decorator", so not being able to buy deco hurts. I will eventually run out of diamonds, I guess, and that will be it. I will sorely miss this game, but the lack of help from HD is just so discouraging. I'm on Android with a <2yrs old phone.

If it helps, I have had the same issue already a couple of times. I tried it the next day and it came through. Had something to do with checking credentials and I kept being hold in a loading loop. When I quit that one (tap besides the signal) and tried it again it worked.

player9Sorry to read about your trouble with the game. Despite from the hints already given ( clear cache etc.) I remember, that I got in the past sometimes a message in the game not being able to purchase something when I pushed the diamond button for in-game purchases. I'm not sure whether this applies for your issue. In my case it was a "broken" connection with Google Play. This happens especially after an update. The solution would be to go to "Settings", after that "Apps", then "HayDay" and "force to stop the app". This worked in my case. Don't know whether this would be an option for you. Perhaps give it a try. Good luck!
