I was in the middle of typing a post... and thanks to the dog jumping in my lap... it flew away... does anyone know if there is a way to find it? ๐คฃ
Thanks!

Was it the dog or the post that flew away? ๐ค If it was the dog, you might try a biscuit! ๐ If it was the post, they sometimes do disappear, unfortunately. There is an autosave mechanism; have you tried starting a new post on the thread to see if the original shows?

I think, it is probably lost for good. Back in the days when I was a kid, we used to say the dog ate our homework, if we had not gotten it done. I guess this is the modern version of that scenario. ๐ถ๐

Yes, it was the post that went flying!... I remember the dog eating homework... then with my daughter it was the computer glitches, with granddaughter it's more like... I forgot....
I did check that I had save drafts checked, but I guess it doesn't matter since you can't find the drafts! Lol
And.... I am really certain I was saying something really profound...
Thanks!

I hope your profound thoughts come back to you, Kathy!
Iโm not sure how it works, but sometimes a saved draft will appear for me, sometimes not. I guess it depends where I am in the writing process when the forum refreshes and saves. I think it may be an intermittent thing, like every 30 or 60 seconds or so. Or a certain number of characters, or???
