It has been a few months since the big upgrade that did so much harm to our farms and I have yet to receive 1 thing. I never even got a windmill. Lol Several things, including the game edit feature doesn't work yet, I lost some truck and house stored redos, and I'm wondering if everyone is still waiting on issues to be resolved or am I the only one? I know some people received vouchers or something to compensate for the loss of decor? The frustration has resulted in me pulling way back on buying things. I do farmpass but that's about it. I feel it too risky to spend money when it could all disappear in another glitch! And then just get ignored. Anyway, I would really like to know if everyone got their game back fully and issues repaired. Thanks!

I have 2 farms - Neither received any of the compensation packs given out. At one point support wanted photographic proof that I had not received the packs. How does one do that!? They then closed the support ticket, I reopened the support ticket.. Then the final message that read that I needed to submit via the "Feedback" or the "Bug Report". that was in early May. On this board I posted an inquiry and was told that all the compensation that they were going to do was sent out - All got it. Implication to me was that I was lying. NICE. I never heard back from the Bug report people or Support again. Never was given compensation. So I stopped playing. Figured I needed a cool down. Honestly don't know when or if I will be back.
To summarize.. NO compensation beyond the 10 diamonds initially sent. No windmills, no 600 steps ( I actually paid for that extra farm pass run), no tokens, nothing to help get me back my house and truck. On EITHER farm. Edit function still crashes - and that is where I stored my Halloween Christmas setups. So that hard work is gone! No Maggie pack to compensate for that - so can't fix that either.
No I won't be spending for farm pass or for some of the cool deco that have gone past me. I agree - why do that if it just goes poof in the next update?

Well Deecf, it seems that you and I are the only 2 folks in this forum that lost stuff and missed out on getting anything back. Happy for everyone that they were fixed and sad for us. Not sure how we could miss out but maybe we held our mouth wrong! Losing holiday setups in the edit feature is truly frustrating! That is so much work and diamonds to save. Decorating and re-doing my farm is one of my favorite parts of the game. I truly hope SC fixes that so we can rearrange our farms again. I understand your frustration with things, I have them as well. And the lack of human customer service is really a pain as you only get a canned response that may or may not be on topic submitted and then the sorry, blah blah, we are closing this ticket. Seriously sad because customer support used to be wonderful. I remember when support would go into our game and see what was happening. Now you are supposed to send them pictures. I have frequently been told to submit pics. Like you said, how do you take a pic of something you did not receive or lost? Are you supposed to map out your entire farm and storage and send 1000 pics to support to show an item is not there? That is totally wacky. Not sure what I will do. I have a wonderful hood with a truly great team (I'm the leader) and feel a responsibility to them. So quitting is not a viable option for me at this time. I will just continue to not spend money on the game. Which will give me more to spend on best fiends lol. Take care and thank you for responding!

My farm was one that did not suffer any losses from the last update.
It is hard to believe that you are the only 2 that have similar problems.
I do not spend real money on anything in the Hay Day game. But, if I DID spend money and then had the problems as described by Greenleaf and Deecf, I would definitely NOT be spending anymore $ on the game. And it would certainly kill any interest I had in playing going forward.
Since it is the players who spend money that keep the game going, it would seem to be in the companyβs best interest to see that players are supported. One has to wonder why.

greenleaf and deecfI'm so sorry for you. Fully understandable that you won't spent money on the game furthermore. I can't understand why you didn't get any compensation. In my opinion SC has to have server logs which show everything. It should be possible to identify those players who were affected by every bug. As a result SC has to make the proper adjustment. On the other hand I know from players who weren't affected in any case and got compensation anyway. That's weird, and unfair. Fingers crossed that you're getting something later. If not...I think that would be a confession of failure on the part of SC. However, if I were in your place I also resist for spending money on the game. Perhaps I'd take a break, I don't know.

It is very frustrating to be sure. I so wanted a windmill! I think that was the biggest disappointment. Lots of little ones but that was truly big disappointment. I will continue to play as I lead a wonderful hood but I will not purchase anything. So will miss out on lots of cool decor. But I don't know what else to do.

Dear greenleaf I'd be pleased if there would be a possibility to give you my windmills. Currently I have 10 (from 600) and I don't use any. It's a pity and a waste....

That is very kind of you donkeyfan! I was seriously tempted to spend 50 diamonds on a house porch remodel. But I refrained as I know I would be mad if the next update took them away. I need to just not tap that remodel feature so that I don't get tempted lol.
