I originally posted this as a reply in the Pet Peeves thread but realized I should post it here too just in case SC looks!
I think it would be really neat if SC came out with a foxhole decoration that we could just pull out of storage and tap the foxes into. Just like the pond for the frogs. Players could either keep this (and however many other foxholes they want) on their farm and let the foxes come and go, or as said, store it and take the foxes away. I imagine it as looking something similar to the bunny homes. A tish smaller probably. 😊

donkeyfan I am happy to say I do not have trouble with the foxes and haven't for a very long time! 😄 I have the main part of my farm surrounded by things (hedges, fences, trees, deco) so they can't get in. On the Very rare occasion they do, I've become quite skillful at getting them out also. You have to make sure and give them adequate room to move. Put decos, fences, crops, whatever around/in back of them so there's an opening to the street, but make sure there's a little room for them to move sideways as they always do. Then just tap them until they go. Pesky little things! BUT I still think a foxhole would be cool! 😊

Ah, ok, well done. That works, I know, it only takes some time. I was asking because I wrote a guide (very short) to get rid of them for good.
This guide was in original in the old forum by a user named anniebel presented. When the forum was closed and I recognized that some member had trouble with the foxes I decided to make a short guide. (Using Edit-Mode)

You should share it donkeyfan! I would be interested in reading it, and I'm sure others players would be too! There could be lots we've never thought of before!

Thank you donkeyfan! Sounds like what I do except I don't switch over to edit mode. It's easier for me to just move a few things. But I could definitely see where edit mode would be very useful if you have a ton of stuff in the way, or if the fox is way way into your farm! 😘😁

For me it was the best way to get rid of them, as I had many obstacles for the foxes. Besides, I love the Edit-Mode very much and since I often re-arrange my farm it's the best choice for me to do so.
