My baby farm shows five Blue Hat ladies "waiting for a train" on the Town Hall Leaving tab and there are five of them standing on the platform.
However, when I go to pick them up with my main farm's personal train, only four of them are listed on the "Visitors waiting at Platform." I can see five of them standing on the platform.
Also, my main farm's list of "Neighborhood Friends with Visitors to pick up" lists 2 for Greg and 7 for my baby farm. This matches what my main farm's personal train sees when I get to Greg and my baby farm. However, the "Leaving" tab on my personal farm says 8 townies are leaving my baby farm.

Amongst those 8 townies from Leaving 8 they could be: "Going Home" or "Waiting for a train". Check the status of each one from the tab.
"Going home" means they have already been to 2 towns and will take the big train next. "Waiting for a train" means they can visit another town, thus cen be picked up by personal train.

Hi, they are all "waiting for train."

So, my main farm personal train picked up the four Blue Hat ladies (this is all that was shown as available for pick up by my personal train). I just checked my baby farm, and there is still one blue hat lady listed as "waiting for a train." The lonely blue hat lady can be seen standing on the platform.
My main farm's personal train says no one is available for pick up at my baby farm.

arzea, personal train is problematic and I speculate that it may be a server issue (I really do not know): sometimes the townies in other towns waiting for the train do not show up (e.g., after a maintenance) but you can find them when you go to the other town manually, and rarely the number of the waiting townies in other towns is not correct as in your case. If you encounter such a problem, try going to your baby farm's town and picking up the townies manually (you can pick up townies from different towns manually). At least this solves my problem and hope it helps you as well.

I have noticed the discrepancy issue for Greg's farm in the past. On several instances the townie availability list would say there is one townie available for pick up but two would be there when I stopped to pick up. Other times two would be listed but only one at Greg's farm.
I just started my baby farm's town, so this is the first opportunity I have had to compare listed vs. actual townies.
Like you, I suspect a server issue. Somehow the lists didn't get reconciled properly.

I have had this issue and it is both ongoing and intermittent, hence very frustrating. Support did not want to know about it.

I’m having a similar problem with my personal train. I sent a few townies away before fully serving them. They appear on my list as “waiting for a train” but don’t have a building they want to visit just the ones from their visit to my town with ticks or crosses depending on what buildings they were served at. My hoodies can’t see or pick up those townies.

This has been happening for quite some time. I am unsure if it will, change back to how it used to be. Thanks-I hope it can be fixed. it’s a bit annoying when you release townies to help out hoodies but they can’t be collected

If you send a townie away before sending to a building they are available to hoodies for collection, even if they have been served at one or two other buildings, or not served at at all. If you send them to a building & then send away without serving, they can’t be collected by hoodies.

This used to be the case for me - it seemed that if a visitor was ejected from a building without being served they sulked and went home. Recently I found that it wasn't happening; the sulking had ceased and they were happy to visit another town. I've just tested it again this morning using my baby farms, and in each of 3 farms visitors who'd been refused service were available for collection by my main farm's personal train.

Thanks Cowslips, I know last time I checked this wasn’t the case but that was a few weeks ago so I will check again.
