Only 1 or 2 people in my neighbourhood are showing townies to be picked up, yet if I check others the long way, that is by going to their farm & accessing their town, nearly everyone has townies available. This error is happening on multiple towns on different devices. Mine is iPad air 4th gen, and iPad 6th gen, both with ios 15.5

It happens and one needs to pick the townies manually by going to other towns. It always happens to my farms after a maintenance. Except maintenance, I suppose it is a server problem that has been going on which causes us not to see the townies "properly" - rather we need to check other towns manually.

Yes, a recent maintenance is surely one of the reasons for the issue. But in my experience the same problem appears randomly without any obvious reason. Has been like this for years, so I don't care anymore as I know what to do. |
