A buy but don't build option for Maggie.
So we could buy the designs to fill the book without having to have them as our actual installed look.
Maybe it could count as a 'banked' design
You've paid full price for it to sit in storage so you can have it installed once at no additional cost at a time of your choosing rather than instantly.
