Hi everyone, I'd like to share a quick overview of the situation right now. We understand that there're a lot going on, and we appreciate for your patience.
- Any form of compensation can only be contacted through our Support channel. There will be no additional updates from the system.
- The problem with the Edit Mode is still work in progress.
- The same applies to the custom decorations that have been disappeared for some of you.
- Event week information is now showing correctly.

Thank you Ice! both of my farms did not get any compensation. I have submitted tickets, but in one case the support system wants screen shots or it will close the ticket. How does one screen shot that they did not get something? I'm sure its just automated so I keep trying.
Is contact message system the best way?. The other farm - I sent same message - "Juan" indicated it should be a bug report.
Hopefully you can clarify - Message or bug report. And if message how to deal with the screen shot auto response

@all After being affected from nearly EVERY bug of the messy update I can't complain any longer. As for me every bug was resolved, and I was lucky getting all gifts from Alfred, too. Thank you for that. My farm works properly again and I'm really relieved as I doubted for some time that this would never be as before. Unfortunately this doesn't apply for so many other farmer, they are still impaired with several issues. I wish everyone with unresolved issues compensation in any kind.
