I spent diamonds last week reshuffling for the new derby decos, which as we now know were not appearing.
This week's derby is about to finish... is this bug fixed yet? If not, is it going to be fixed soon?
Some feedback on this would be appreciated from SC without us having to ask!! I will wait to collect and shuffle if it is going to be fixed very soon..

Yep, I also spend diamonds on reshuffling, haven’t heard anything from support yet.
Also would like to know and hear from somebody that already collected the derby rewards if the new deco is there.

It's been over 3 hours since I asked this question and no one from SC can be bothered to update the community to let them know if the game is working properly and fairly. I am disgusted how little communication there is from SC on these matters. I buy diamond packages regularly obviously using REAL money. Why should I waste my cash on a game that not only doesn't work properly, but where you can't get some simple communication regarding errors with our purchases? In game support, which used to be excellent, is now non-existent. When there is an error you can't get through to a human to explain what's happened to try and recoup lost purchases etc. I can't get my wasted diamonds refunded from the shuffles I did last week and now I can't even get an answer to whether this problem is fixed, or going to be fixed in the near future... I am not waiting any longer, I am going IG now to collect my derby rewards and I will not be using diamonds ever again to shuffles derby rewards and I will not be buying and future diamond packages until we have some reassurance this game is working properly and fairly. The communication is SO bad, SC couldn't even be bothered to relay an explanation to those of us who missed out on the last diamond/deco package because the offer ended early. NOTHING in reply to if these decos were going to be offered again, no explanation as to yet another bug in this game. Forget the useless compensation of 600 windmills, just get stuff fixed, but more importantly please COMMUNICATE with your community (customers). People will always moan, but the majority are understanding when there are explanations and communication. SC, please reinstate IG support. Surely you can't expect to run a business where the customer cannot have a comeback on faulty purchases. Just feeling so let down and angry 😡

I didn't experienced the shuffle thing as I never spent diamonds for better rewards after the derby but I understand how frustrating the whole situation can be. Additional it's been some time since this issue was reported, and obviously the workaround doesn't served it's purpose. If you were lucky you could reach the support and you become refunded but in the most cases it happened to be a failure due to a non-existent support. gormorI understand your frustration very well, but 3 hours for an appropriate answer is short. On the other hand the problem occurred some time ago and in my opinion SC could have given long ago an explanation and a solution. A non-existent support is a NoGo and sooner or later this will backfire on SC. I know that our Community Managers have no priorities for support issues but nevertheless I'm tagging Ice [Supercell] . Perhaps he can help.

I completely agree with mail Gormor. Communication is the key. When a CM (Ice and/or Chris) is online here (easy to check) you might expect that they look at the sections that would matter. Keep your customers happy, they are the ones that spent money on the game. Before the derby ended they were already aware of this bug/glitch. They could have taken the time (because they have also reacted in other threads) to provide us, players, with a status update. Doesn’t matter if you asked the question just a couple of hours ago in this thread.

As others have said, there 8s no customer service anymore. Their not system does not come close to even half way working. I have stopped spending diamonds because of the lack of customer service and all the glitches. It may mean I lose out on decor or other cool stuff but it will also not frustrate me when I lose real money to a game glitch that will probably not be resolved. My thoughts is SC feels if they ignore us and make fixes here and there, we will forget about things and begin spending money again. That is sad.

greenleaf Well spoken. I can assure you that frustration occured in the German forum as well. Also with complaints about a non responding support, glitches about an Edit-Mode which isn't working since the update caused that mess. To make things worse there are some members who were affected in every way didn't get ANY compensation at all. Not to speak from wasted diamonds for a reshuffle just as already mentioned. I really hope to read timely something substantial like a satisfying solution for all this trouble.

My pleasure, and I also confirm that the new rewards (new deco) in my 2 farms have not appeared - I did reshuffle a few times on both farms (I got permits). I agree with gormor and you. This is not a pleasant gaming experience from my perspective. And I can't comprehend why a/an (experienced) business would deter customers/consumers from spending money on its products/services. I am not spending money on this game anymore due to lack of care, lack of communication, lack of customer support (this one blows my mind as -unless you have recourse to the other channels - there is no way to get your money back in case a purchase goes wrong and the probability of a purchase going wrong is very likely considering that the game is full of bugs and they fail to fix them), and some other reasons. Playing 2 games just to relax since their launches (one is HD). Still spending money on the other game, happy & glad to support professional reliable developer(s).
