Not only did I I miss out on 600 windmills, I failed to have the delivery of diamonds and vouchers and now no Alfred with tokens for the valley. Am I missing something?? Is it worth complaining to SC?

ottercreek , 1. You are not missing something. Some players whose farms have not been affected by any bug have been given/delivered compensation. Some players whose farms have been affected by bugs have not been given/delivered compensation (I suppose you belong to this group). The reason is unknown as Supercell has never adressed the issue (perhaps another bug or 'selectivity' based on something that we do not know). 2. Whether it is worth complaining or not is subjective in my opinion, and it also depends on what you want. If you ask my opinion, despite that there is no customer support that will address your concern and/or make it good, it is worth because the whole process is not good practice (the least to say), and this must (at least) be acknowledged by Supercell following an apology (instead of ignoring or downplaying what has been happening). If you want to complain: - Take a photo of your complaint submitted to the support and give them a reasonable time (app. 4 working days) to deliver/give the compensation that you were supposed to receive. Also underline in your complaint that each purchase made by a player with "real money" is a transaction, and there must be a support in case the transaction goes wrong (it does not matter if you have never made a purchase). - If you do not receive the compensation within the given time frame (e.g., 4 working days), you will raise your complaint before a body via e-mail that takes app. 10 minutes. After that, you will forget (you may receive the compensation promised, you may receive an apology that I suppose some players are going for, or nothing = all depends on what will be decided). That's all. Which body? It depends on your location (within the EU - outside the EU). Hope it helps a bit. //Lily
