Every offer by Maggie is showing 75% off. Even features that I never bought.
Is everyone experiencing the same thing? Is this another glitch? I haven’t seen any notice in game or otherwise of a sale.

Mine went from everything being 25% off;
(Even styles I previously owned)
To being accurate;
(Previously owned being 75% off and never before owned being 25% off)
They're definitely still having issues

I just checked Maggie and her offerings at my farm. All previously owned are at 75% off. The items never owned are not available for me to buy. I do have to be honest and tell you, that fortunately, my farm did not have most of the glitches from the update.

For me, all of Maggie’s current offerings are 75% off. In the catalog, previously owned items are 75% off, and others are not available to buy.
Like Momscar, my farm survived the update unscathed.
