Dear farmer, I don't know, whether SC is aware of this, but farmpass started again with 4 days left. I finished the pass some time ago, so I figure it may have something to do with the update? Second thing is the valley. I wanted to claim the windmill, but every counter shows zero.  Does someone know more about those problems? THX in advance! Edit:

A couple of us in our hood have no tokens in the valley despite saving for the special reward. Plus farm pass has just reset 4 days early, so I’ve lost all my perks. The ‘new’ farm pass is the same stuff as last month, but it’s all locked!!
Anyone else?

Valley is still broken for my main farm & all my points gone, but my 2nd game on same device is fixed.

Interestingly I had the same problem, I also have the lost builders upgrades and the farm pass, Valley and banana tree issues.
However yesterday Alfred delivered 3 parcels one had my lost farm pass points, another had diamonds, and the second one had 533 special gift windmills so maybe I have got all the windmills instead of my valley points?

I just want to let forum members know that I've purchased the Farm Pass for May, and there were no problems; it seems to be working correctly for me. I can only speak from my own experience at this stage, of course, but fingers crossed...  |

Cowslips Happy to know that it's working for you. I remain still reluctant as my main farm isn't working properly. And to be honest...I don't feel like purchasing the new farmpass. I wait and see what happens.

Is anyone else having problems with actually paying for the farm pass? I’m in the U.K. and I get sent to my card issuer for verification as an extra security step but it just keeps buffering. Might just skip the payment this month.

Might just skip the payment this month. Yes, same issue. Don’t have all the other glitches people are having wright now. Luckily didn’t get the additional windmills either, seems to be (most likely) the problem on other farms that creates glitches after they received more than just one Windmill. |

I was able to finally buy the farmpass. It took some time to get through the verification window. Received email wright away with the message that I bought the pass. I was able to pick op all the perks in the paid row. |

Mango trees aren’t being counted towards task in Farm Pass. “Plant 2 Fruit Trees” still showing 0/2 after planting 2 mango trees.
