Would they be wandering around aimlessly on the farm, or be just another visitor asking for products in the same manner the existing farm visitors already ask for? (Mining tools, or your top 2 and bottom 2 product amounts in storage and the occasional random item)
If they're just going to wander around I see no harm or value for it. But I already leave farm visitors standing there, or send them away without filling orders. If it's a farm pass task I fill them, otherwise they haven't gotten anything from me since I received my final achievement from them.
It is worth pointing out that the visitors only give coins (no item drops) and you make way more coins selling the same items in your RSS.
