Options for getting gifts in Town

One idea in the town would be to allow an option to either get the gift from the townie or get the gold coins equivalent.  For example, if the townie is giving you a red brick have the option to get the gold coin equivalent from selling it in your shop. 

This may also eliminate some of the ads in the newspaper for items like map pieces, red bricks...
