I took a fishing task in the derby and completed it. Soon after that (I think it was less than an hour), I went to take another task, only to find that my log shows a second fishing task that has expired. But I never took that task, and if I had it couldn't possibly have expired so soon. if I want to continue with the derby, my only option is to delete the task. So I tried to do that, but I got a warning that I would permanently lose the task and my task quota wouldn't be refunded. Has anyone seen anything like this happen before? if so, did you find any way to resolve the problem? I closed the app and did a hard shut-down on my iPad, but when I reopened the app the problem was still there. I don't know what else to try. I thought maybe I could use the farm pass to reactivate the derby task, but when I go there and tap on the perk it says, "reward already collected"--which I didn't do. But I've never tried to use that perk before, so maybe I don't know how to use it. Can anyone help me with this?

Fishing tasks last until the derby ends right? So that's definitely a bug and I would send that screenshot you have posted here to Support. I also don't see the red "x" next to it in your derby log, so not sure what's going on there.
I haven't used the booster that refreshes a task, but maybe someone who has can shed some light on using it. Hope it all get's settled!

I thought the fishing task lasted until the end of the derby, but I wasn't sure. I wrote customer support, and I hope they can help me. Edit: I just heard back from customer support, and they were very helpful. I was able to trash the task without having it subtracted from my available tasks.

LuvHayDay I am very happy that your problem was solved. And more important...through a helpful support. That's very noticeable because the experiences in the past with the HayDay support wasn't very encouraging. The more I appreciate that you got help very quickly. That's nice! โค๏ธ๐๐๐ท
