I was recently playing and ordered a mystery decoration with my helping gift cards. Alfred delivered it, and I actually have a screenshot of the item delivered as the gift box opened. After I tried to place the item on my farm, the game crashed. The item is not in my decoration storage and is nowhere on my farm.
I contacted support and waited two days to be told that the item I received was a regular wooden bench (which it was not). They refused to help me retrieve the actual bench even though I provided the screen shot showing the item, which contained my farm level number, coin and diamond counts in the photo. I would think that would be enough proof.
Has anyone had any luck at all getting help with a similar issue?
