My sister/hoodmate had a problem with buying the lawn mower... google play shows they took the money and the purchase went through but the game just has a spinning circle.
She has diamond offers but every is grayed out.
The contacted support in the game does not work....
ANY suggestions? She is level175, been playing for 10 years... first time for this problem

To give some info on this:
At this moment we are experiencing some delay in the transactions' deliveries, but worry not! We are investigating to solve it as soon as possible, and you will not lose the contents of the purchases, even if they are time-limited offers. The most recent offer will return because some Players like yourself could not buy from the shop.
