I clicked on the pink tickets today and got a pile of leaves, however it is not in my storage.  I did contact support but their automated system doesn’t seem to recognize a missing decoration issue. |

Thank you Ducktown for your help. I just looked under that tab and sadly it is not there. I think I am out of luck. I’m glad it wasn’t the chicken tent.  I’d be real hurt over losing that. |

Another neighbor in my hood had the same problem today and the deco he got went to his baby farm instead of
where he won it on his main farm. I went and looked after he mentioned it and
sure enough the leaf pile is in my baby farm
instead of my main farm where I clicked the pink ticket.
This is something I have never heard of before, decos saving to the wrong farm.
Also, thank you @tahoe. I did fill out the form there at the link earlier today but have not heard back anything.

Is it possible that before you tried to collect it on your main farm you went to your baby farm and saw the red 1 on the deco tab? If so, maybe something triggered giving it to that farm instead. Still a glitch and worth investigating.
I hope that support can help you. Please let us know if they do. Curious minds want to know.

   The above 3 images are a similar situation. In this case it was the gift certificates I used on my main farm. I won Blue Flower Path piece. Sorry I forgot to capture that pic. You can see that the red 1 shows up. I did not check the item then, but went directly to my baby farm and it shows the red 1. So I open the deco tab and takes me immediately to the “new” item - a Blue Flower Path piece. Recently I purchased one of the deco items with diamonds, but did not want to place it at that moment. The red 1 showed on both farms, which I thought odd, but did not look at it on the baby farm. Until this issue is addressed by Team HayDay, I would caution players of this issue. |

I can confirm the statement from Mom’sCar . Same issue happened to me some days ago. I visited my babyfarm and got 1 path from the WOF. I didn't care, because 1 path is useless. So I had a red "1" on the archive, like the picture from Momscar. (The issue with the red 1 occurs every time when you get a reward, irrespective what's the source. Like the pink card, the WOF or gift-cards) Subsequent I visited my main-farm. I farmed a little bit and got nothing special from the WOF. I was irritated, because the red "1" showed also on my main farm. I knew that I didn't got a reward and I was confused due to this. At this time I had forgotten that my baby got a reward which I ignored. The red "1" on my main-farm was annoying. I tried to hide it, but I failed. Nothing helped. All of a sudden I remembered the reward I got previously from my baby. I visited my babyfarm again, searching for the item with the red "1". I had to look in every section, but at last I found it. After that I tapped on the archive again, and the red "1" was gone. After that it was gone on my main farm either. That was the solution.  If you get a new item on one of your farms, pay attention to it and the game will led you through the archive where it is. After that the hint (red 1) vanishes. If you ignore this, or forget to tap on the archive when the hint appears, and if you switch to a baby or another farm of yours the hint will stay eye-catching, it won't disappear. So it's possible that you forget where you got the item in the first place and this can be very confusing. I recommend hence to be aware of this "issue". I don't know whether it's a bug or a feature. However, as long as it is not resolved you have to be cautious, like Mom’sCar already stated. |

I have the same with babyfarms that I have on other devices not using Supercell ID. Very strange cause it looks like the decos are going to others that are in the same hood. That’s nice if they are going from baby’s to main, but not the other way around.

I have the same issue. It bothers me greatly that supercell connects my farms and treats it as one. I get the same at Greg's shop, the same ghost gifts, etc. And of course I have the same for upgrade items, for example ,all farms are short of planks. Would this be the reason why they connect ones farms? So we don't have a chance to have a farm supplying the needed upgrade items?
To avoid this I am thinking one has to have a separate account for each farm. Very annoying.

***Correction*** or Clarification When I posted the pics above, there was no way to know how many Blue Flower Path pieces I had on each farm. So I tested this theory again that the alt farm could pic up gifts intended for the farm that it won said prize. I had enough gift certificates to choose another package on my main farm. Lo and behold, I won another Blue Flower Path. So I go to my baby farm, and tap the red 1, and am taken to the Blue Flower Path and it shows the same # as it did last night, 15. And when I switched to my main farm and looked, I had 1 more Blue Flower Path than last night. So now I’m not sure what to think. It’s fairly obvious that this situation is confusing. I will still proceed with caution when purchasing any deco from the diamond shop, as well as when winning any of those items. Eturtle , I do not get the same items from Greg’s shop, or from ghost on my 2 farms. I believe this is because one is a much higher level than the other. They still do have the same rare EMs. I agree that somewhere along the way SC has somehow linked my farms. When picking up global event packages the “letter” that accompanies the prize addresses me as momscar on both, even though the one farm has never used that name. |
