Are you at level 94 which unlocks the Pottery Studio? If you're below 94, then it's a bug. BTW, my PS is under construction and will be ready in about four days. Meanwhile, I used a free Tom booster to collect pottery items which I can't make yet. ==LynnK== No it is in my 2nd farm which is lvl 99, I have got the pottery studio, but it doesnt open for 3 days. I have never had a request for products before a machine is open before, one thing I really liked about HD As a new player opening one or two new machines a week, I regularly have this come up, think I had 55 exp into a new level and townies asked me for soy sauce before I even had a chance to start building the sauce maker. Luckily I am in great hood with higher level players that help me out. But I can totally understand your frustration when everyone else you play with is in the same boat, with no one having the new items available to offer you support. |

and here I was hoping to be finished with the Arctic Fox before the next animal shows up  now my puzzle pieces go towards the cheetah and I will have to wait, who knows how long, to see the cute fox. But I was lucky to get the wooden bench (called Miner's bench) in the WoF. Question, we do not get the gifts over the fishing pond this season? just wondering, is all. |

If they are going to shove new animals out every month, they need to address the drop rate of puzzle pieces. Let's assume a drop rate of 5 per week average (I do not get this on my farm, that's for sure). 36 pieces per animal is just under two months. Two new animals a month means people will just say "oh forget it" like with the scrolls and the train tracks.

Eturtle I'm sorry for you the distribution of puzzle pieces has got worse. But I think this happened not unforeseen. The last updates were always an introduction on a new sanctuary animal. Why would they change this according to the fact SC increased the sanctuary not long ago? Unfortunately this means a way longer time to gain the puzzle pieces for a desired animal due to a wider spread. I don't like this, too. But it doesn't bother me because I don't care. I understand that you're annoyed, nevertheless. I'd had the same feeling.
