You are very welcome for the idea, and I’m so happy that it can be done that I bought the birdhouse and did something similar. Love the kingfisher tree! one of my favourites 😁

You are tempting me.... I wasn't sure whether I had this special cake, but indeed, I got it. But I'm not convinced to 100% because it wouldn't fit very well with my Halloween theme. Oh dear, what have you done with me?

Has anyone seen a voucher on the wheel? I haven’t yet... thought I read somewhere that someone had already got the peacocks with vouchers from the wheel. Has anyone seen a voucher on the wheel? I haven’t yet... thought I read somewhere that someone had already got the peacocks with vouchers from the wheel. It was an initial glitch that they've now fixed unfortunately justhayday.boards.net/thread/656/new-birdhouseChick vouchers are only available on farm pass. It's an incentive to purchase the farm pass I'm thinking. But content creators that have discussed the birds, say chick vouchers are on farm pass.

Having reverted to norm from Halloween I've hidden the bird house so I don't have to stare at it empty for next 3 months 😅.....can you spot it 😆 I didn’t get the bird house yet. And won’t until there’s a bird to be near it. So I’m not sure if this would work. If you have the Peacock cake is there a way to put it near the birdhouse and disguise the bottom, maybe with some plants so the cake part is not so visible? I didn't get the bird house yet either...I wanted to see if would take long to get the chick vouchers, and it will! So I will wait. Good idea to hide it with the peacock cake though!!

Spoiler alert! You read this here first. I'm predicting that Chick Voucher gonna be on Greg's Calendar next month, just like Permit, Blueprint and Custom Deco before it. Don't tell Supercell we uncover their secret

Hay Day content creator Red Knight has confirmed they'll be 1 chick voucher on free road and an extra 2 on paid road come tomorrow. At that rate 1st peacock won't be obtained till January's farm pass at earliest (or July's farm pass if not buying any upgraded farm passes) That is if the amount of vouchers on offer each time remains consistent which it may not He's also confirmed the change to less experience and more coins given by the farm pass (benefits lower levels who have many machines to buy but where leveling too fast with farm pass experience point's) Basically a grab for cash at this rate it will take 2 years to get one peacock. Really.. guess I won’t care

There are a great deal of benefits in each. Red knight said the amounts of chick vouchers more or less each month. It's a goal to attain, something to work for.

Personally it’s just a faster way to level. There’s no incentive to play to level up faster unless you got nothing else to do. It gets old very fast. $5 a month for a fast pass - they’re making millions and I just won’t be part of that greed. Enjoy the peacocks. It’s the same with the land expansion luring us to play farm pass to get an extra 1-2 a month. It will take years to get them cleared. This is not the longevity of a good game.

I don't think of the levelling aspect, I buy the pass if there is a decoration I like. The way I see it I'm an adult, I don't smoke, I don't drink, Hay Day is the main game on my phone and my way to unwind. I spend less than a tenner a month on the software I need for my computer I spend less than a tenner a month on the music I want on my phone I spend about a tenner a month on life insurance Two trips to a coffee shop and I'd have spent over a fiver ALL those companies I pay those monthly amounts to are million pound companies Whats a fiver a month on a game I've had for years and plan on keeping for years more? I consider it a great non-food way to 'treat' myself 😅

I do spend money on the game. Developers have bills to pay. They can't work for free and chances are they enjoying eating, wearing clothes, and having a roof over their heads. The incentives are to cover those salaries and also, as any company wants to do, be profitable. If they don't cover their debt, they shut down. I have played for years, love this game, and will continue to support it in order it continues. As you are not going to be part of greed, I guess you don't have a car but walk everywhere, only eat what you grow or capture, live in a cave, and for some reason do have internet, which is one of the highest profitable companies there is. Serious greed there!

Really.. guess I won’t care I have played HD for many years (since year 2) and has had and am having a lot of fun and enjoyment out of it. In the years I have spend hundreds of dollars on the game, so it is not that I don't want to spend money on a free (commercial funded) game, however I too have for the last couple of years felt like SC is desperate to make money. Fair enough that they want/need to make money. I just think it has become a bit too much of a game for paying customers considering it is a free game. Oh, and don't get me started on how especially children may not understand or recognize, that the money needed for an object is real life money and not coins made in game. Well I guess the lesson is, that it may be a free game and (most importantly) it can be played without spending a dime, but you are constantly reminded that SC would prefer for you to spend real life money on the game.

I don't pay or buy anything in this game. I never have, and don't plan to every do so. I rather enjoy all the accomplishments I've made without any purchases. I do, however, understand the idea that it's not that much money for some enjoyment, let's face it, life these days is tough, get enjoyment where you can! So go for it if you want!

DibzieNothing to say against your statement. Everyone is supposed to play HayDay how it suits most. Someone like to spend money, someone do not, for several reasons. That's not our concern, it's personally, in every respect. Luckily HayDay is a game you can play however you want, no money needed. But then you have to be aware that progress is slowed. Regarding to this I don't get it when someone complains about that matter but keeps playing anyway. That's not logical. But perhaps I mustn't understand this, I'm only wondering... And last but not least, it is the paying farmers who, among other things make sure that HayDay is running.

I use an ad blocker to block ads so didn't know hayday put ads up. However most game companies ad revenue is .2% of a penny. It takes a lot of ads to earn $1.00. When reading stock info, I always pay attention to that. Want to know everything I can to get best return on my investments. Lol. So I don't feel guilty blocking ads. 😇😇😇😇😇

Every so often, the thought of paying for pixels which will disappear should something happen to Hay Day make me wince, but I consider it my vice (such as cigarettes, they go up in smoke, right? ) But I do not spend a penny on my secondary farm and playing that farm is just as much fun. I collect plenty of diamonds just no decorations, which keeps that farm so much more all natural (Me too, I started in June of 2014 and am still hooked on Hay Day.)

Have not seen and offers to watch for rewards but I do have an ad blocker on as my crossword app and another word game I play are heavily interspersed with ads. It has always been the case that there are not many adverts in Hay Day. When I first started playing the pink movie ticket appeared once a day. By tapping on it I could watch 5 adverts, each of which gave me a reward. In those days it was often the case that one of those rewards was a diamond. The movie tickets disappeared completely when I spent real money in the game for the first time. It was often discussed on the old Supercell Forum, as some players felt disappointed that they no longer received the gifts. Some considerable time later forum members were surprised to see the movie tickets reappear, again on a once-a-day basis. They looked the same as before, but tapping on them did not trigger an advert; instead we received an instant reward, with a second one offered for another tap. Those who had never spent real money continued to receive movie tickets. From my own perspective I like not seeing adverts. I have uninstalled numerous games which are advert-heavy. I'm pleased to see that Supercell continue to avoid advertising in their newer games, and I hope that continues. (There is one other potential source of adverts in Hay Day, and that is when using the "free hire" for Rose and Ernest for ftp players).
