Good morning in the round! I'll start right away with my problem On Saturday I ordered a package for 35 gift cards and received it from Alfred. Opened directly and what was I happy about! A gorilla statue! The wooden ones on the base. Since I often have problems with these packages, I always take a screenshot, also in the valley and with InApp purchases to prove that it is better. So now I wanted to set up the figure in my city, got the giraffe as the first reserve animal, but couldn't find anything in the warehouse. I thought weird .. Back to the farm and looked again in the camp, nothing in it. Then I wrote to support. That I did not get the figure and that I will be helped please. The answer came then, but instead of hoping to help me, they claim I had a wooden bench in the package and I wish I had a lot of fun with it. Really now? Haha. I wrote that that's not true and that I won't let myself be fooled. After that, the support closed the chat. Written again, cited the problem again. That went on several times now, chat open and closed. Then again this morning. Nice Kari thought ... (I don't name any more) really helps me now, because I tried really hard, but then another suporter came and said there was nothing more they could do for me in this matter. What's the nonsense? Why is the gorilla figure not given to me? They don't break a point from the crown. Program me a wooden bench and then write that’s it. Is naughty and unfair. What can I do so that the statue will still be given to me? What also surprised me this time is that I shouldn't send a proof photo, which is usually the case if I have a problem with a package that did not arrive at the warehouse after opening. Who has already had that and what can I do now? Just accept that and tick off the support or can I still come up with something? It's become a lot now, I'm sorry. But I'm really disappointed because I was so happy. Now I really don't feel like playing anymore ... greetings to all Cinnamom

Hello Cinnamon and welcome to the forum. I'm sorry this has happened and it does sound like you have done everything you could by contacting Support. I think that may be your only recourse unfortunately. I'm curious to know if you received this wooden bench they mentioned?

the customer service has reported again. it was a picture error with me. I got the wooden bench and not the gorilla. who are they kidding? if I order something elsewhere, I also get what I see on the cover picture. Nothing else. I hope everybody at SC get the same with their game account like me. that's it for Hayday. I bought diamonds etc with money, financed their job and then you get so fooled. my own fault.. damn it hayday.

cinnamomI don't get it why support claims that you got a wooden bench if you can prove with a screenshot that Alfred brought you the gorilla statue. Very strange... it's not comprehensible to me. You wrote that the gorilla statue wasn't in the warehouse. I suppose you checked every section and not only the storage? What's the current status of your efforts? Any success meanwhile? Please keep us apprised.

SC talks its way out with ad error. According to the system, I had a wooden bench in the package and the customer service can no longer do anything for me. what about all the other characters on my farm? also mistake? and the other farms? that's ridiculous from the sc. as if the figure only appears once in the game. or haven't I invested enough money in the game to earn the gorilla figure? so do not notice what you see after the opened package from alfred you also get. the screenshot is not recognized either. There are probably many users who sneak the characters out of gift cards.

It’s indeed a game error, by letting you see the gorilla, or anything else that you are not supposed to get according to game design.
This is a long time issue, always happen when player open 2 or more packages in a row. The second one (from catalogue) is not what player is supposed to get. Very soon, when player tries to place it on the farm or when visiting another area, the game syncs with server and the permanent prize would replace the one player saw at first.
How to prevent disappointment? Reload farm between package so what you see won’t change.
I doubt support knows anything about this or has a policy to deal with this situation. This problem has been around since ages.

They are very useful for researching a situation like yours. One of my farms did have the offer of the gorilla statue. It was fortunate that I checked when I did, as the offer was about to expire just 2 minutes later. I tapped on the probabilities of the offer (top left corner of the box that opens when you tap on the order in the catalogue), and saw the following: As you can see, there is no option of receiving a bench from this package, so Support must be misunderstanding the situation. The bench does appear as an option on the rhino topiary: I really don't know what you can do at this stage, though, as Support are usually reluctant to reopen a ticket. It's frustrating, I know, and I'm sorry you've been put in this position.

I never would have thought that I really had the gorilla figure in the surprise package, I thought more with flowers or a piece. when I had the gorilla I was so happy! and now to see that it really cannot be that there can be a bank in the package, as the support says, is astonishing. thanks for the great information. Support no longer opens a new ticket. that's over for them now. and I sit here and I could cry

is there anyone else with good advice and answers? What else do I have to pay attention to when playing? I'm only playing now because of the farm pass so that it wasn't bought for free. it still annoys me even if it was a free gift. but to mislead the players like that is not fair.

cinnamom I really understand that you are annoyed. It isn't indeed "fair" what happened to you. But I must admit I had no clue about this special bug. Thanks to Frog for making that clear. To answer your question: In this forum are many experienced farmer who loves to help those who have problems of any kind. But you have to read and to contribute. This takes time, I know that, but it's worth the effort, believe me. I don't know any other forum where the users are so friendly among each other, are supported so much and have so much fun. So, if you are willing to give us a try, you are very welcome.
