I'm pretty sure SC has been routinely updating 4 times a year. We get a normal update, followed by seasonal updates (summer, autumn and winter themes) each year. Since the summer update happened in June, the autumn update should hit around mid to late September. Winter update around December. The normal/spring update end of February or beginning of March
This is all provided that they keep the same routine.
