I never timed them but from how I play, they seem to feed about twice a day. The donkeys have more appetite since they are hungry each time I log in. Thanks.

Pets are the same time as it takes tomatoes to grow, that is how I remember them.
Sanctuary animals are longer but as mine only wake up for a town pass task I am not sure of the exact time.
