This happened to my baby farm to, I last did train12hrs ago, I went to town just now & it is still in maintenance for over 4hrs.

They finally fixed a bug introduced a few months ago that added a couple minutes to everyone's personal train maintenance time, but it seems to cause a bigger issue with some people's personal trains.
I have a secondary farm on my tablet and the maintenance time seems to be frozen when I'm logged in to my primary farm. Going to record the time remaining and time of switching farms to see if there is any pattern.

I logged into my farm this morning and the train was still in maintenance. It had been there for 12 hours🤣 and still had 17 minutes to go.
I always ensure that the maintenance has started before I leave the town as I have been caught being too quick before.🤔

Yeah I put a bug report in this morning, because after 8hrs, again my personal train in baby still says 4.34 hrs to go. It has stuffed my derby task lol
Edited to add: I forgot to say, they said they know about the bug & are working on it 🤷♀️

It’s happened to me before, but having read this thread, I checked again today. My train was under maintenance with about 45 min to go, when I left this afternoon. Over three hours later, it still says it’s in maintenance for 44 min and howevermany seconds. The time did not count down while I was away from the game?!
It’s not * supposed to work this way, is it?
Edit: I see someone noted it’s a bug they’re working on.
Free town derby task completion from Albert? 😂

This has happened again, it is about 24 hours since I last had my farm open the when I go in to the town this morning it still has an hour and 16 minutes of maintenance to go ☹️😠

No derby next week for me if it is not fixed. Should this thread be moved to bugs? another message from so called support saying my feedback may be used for future updates! Not admitting there is a problem. No help at all. |

3 out of 4 farms is effected now, the only farm that is uneffected is my main farm 🤬

I farm by myself, so my train just goes to Greg’s farm. It says “No visitors to be picked up”. It has been like this all week. Usually I get one or two visitors. It seems to me they use us to catch their glitches. You guys on this forum are really, really good. They need to send y’all a paycheck or diamonds for your dedication and hard work. I personally would like to thank you. GOOD WORK ‼️👍🏻😉

sigh…mine caught the bug. It was fine this morning. I didn’t use…probably should have when I had the chance. Went in later and it was in maintenance. It’s still in maintenance. I stayed on the farm several minutes (doesn’t seem to matter if it’s the farm or the town…just once the app is open) and it went down by those minutes. Left the farm for several hours and it only just now started counting down again.
This reminds me of the personal train “feature”.😏 If I haven’t opened my baby farms in a while (between 24-48 hours) the personal train doesn’t show them as having visitors to pick up. I either visit them using the workaround or just open them to trigger the prompt. Maybe the “feature” has infected other parts of the HD software.

My baby farm is fine🤔 and the problem is on my main farm. It is a total pain!! If it wasn’t for my hoodie and the friends I have made here and in game I think I would be saying goodbye to farming. Mine too. Two days and counting.
Hadn't thought about it being an error. My initial thought was it was another money grab from SC, since I can end the maintenance break, if I spend ten diamonds. Sadly greed was the first thing, that popped into my head. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind spending money on a game I love and which gives me so much pleasure, however SC has for the past couple of years been too aggressive in their money hunt IMO anyway. It actually makes me spend less not more money on the game.

Besides reporting issues, I think we are all hoping for some work around waiting for the fix. Please share what works for you.

Not sure. I don’t recall seeing any visitors to pick from Greg for a couple days. I was able to use my train this morning, but I don’t have time (or the interest) to keep track of when I last picked up anything with it, so can’t be incredibly helpful in that regard, sorry.

Told me to close and reopen the game etc, all of which I had tried. It is ok as long as the game is open but if it shuts the timer stops. I can open other things on the iPad and leave HayDay open in the background and that seems to mostly be ok. |

Using the wheel for five spins was one if my season goals so it was annoying. |

I am having the same issue on my baby farm. My train has been
in Maintenance now for 4 days. Support was no help. They don’t
seem to recognize the issue at all, even with screenshots. 😞

Support have not been at all helpful. With the derby starting tonight it is going to be more frustrating. I also prefer town tasks. My hoodie has the problem also but my husband does not. Mind you, my hoodie and I are getting three lots of daily farm pass tasks daily and he isn’t.
