Thoughts on the Halloween Event?
Personally I think it should be able to be completed in the time frame and has decent enough rewards. Especially that sweet sweet deco! I'm already halfway to the flying witch and that is the best one in my opinion. Hopefully no problems as with recent, similar events!

I like the event and the decos, no to amused with the low points long taking tasks I have currently on my task board. Feed pigs, some juice tasks and 2 melter tasks.

I like the event, too. Not only bc it's my favorite....Halloween! 😉 I also appreciate SC listened to the players complaints and improved information as well as handling the game. Thanks to that, especially thanks to Chris [Supercell]. In my opinion he is involved by passing the information given in prior threads to the team. 👍❤️ Regarding my participation... I use my mainfarm and my biggest baby. The little farms have to pause bc they are lacking too much the ingredients needed for the required tasks. I stopped until the coins. Until now doable in the time given, I think. I deleted few long lasting tasks with low points. (3 x chocolate) Nevertheless I am fine with the provided tasks. 🙂👍 |

 I love them! I didn't think they were a fence when I 1st saw them 😅 But I like how different combos gets you a few different actions from the spiders The square above gets you 2 generally dangling, one that hides and one that comes down and runs around back |

I would still skip the feed animal task on farm with only 1 pen of each type. The time doesn't have any margin. If 1 animal has not been fed (hide behing another one and was left unfed, or missing feed), then the whole task can't be completed wihtout speeding up.
If we all have a quota of task to be completed daily, then players are motivated to complete as quickly and as many as possible. What's the motivation to put a time less than 24 ?
Some players cannot to the task at the seconds the waiting is done. This approach is like trying to keep people tied to the game all day or keep seeing their effort gone to the void.

I stacked my machines to the best memory ability and had some luck with some tasks like pyramid candles, honey tea and a few others. I did got the 3 chocolate bar tasks totally crazy. Got 3 pie machine tasks completed 1 got other 2 loaded. Will sit and wait overnight for them to run though. Just got the witch she is flying over my house enjoying the event so far.

I stacked my machines to the best memory ability and had some luck with some tasks like pyramid candles, honey tea and a few others. I did got the 3 chocolate bar tasks totally crazy. The witch's hut was a previous years deco, it is possible might become one of the 'Halloween offers' purchasable with diamonds The floating witch is one of the rewards in the current event EDIT: Checked and the potion hut was a previous pass road deco  |

I have to admit once I saw that bauldergate I went back and rearranged mine near my gate. Big thanks for giving the idea. Yesterday my stacking didn’t pay off as well as the previous day. I noticed a lot of new task introduced this time like 3 chocolate bars. I have been trashing ones like that to long and I’m not paying diamonds to do or speed task up. I’m slowly finding my own way. It’s doable I think I’ll be done in 2 days just been casually plotting along. Stacked random stuff this time will see what board brings today. As with the 2 type of event the fun was there. I enjoyed reaching the points with fun. But I have to admit I look at the deco end game now. Don’t fin the fun as much. Iv adjusted my sail now to achieve the result hopefully.

My stacking is hit and miss but some of the things I guessed correctly. I am not a fan of Halloween so not too concerned about the decor. I like the challenge of the event and it is doable. My hoodie and I do not do blossom derbies so we are having a relaxed week.

I'm reluctant to do anything until I've run out the que of tasks and everything is on the board 😆 I've come to terms with sleeping pets with empty bowls during an event My plan is that once all of a group (say adult dogs) have food I'll wake them together and then reset to sleeping with empty bowls again and so on and so forth till events over |

Note the NUMEROUS cake tasks on a baby farm •Carrot cake 3 x 1:30 hours = 4:30 hours •Cream cake 3 x 3 hours = 9 hours •Cheese cake 3 x 4 hours = 12 hours •Potato cake 3 x 2 hours = 6 hours = total of 32 and a half hours.... on the one machine....not doable even if you'd received the 1st cake task the moment the tasks had reset  Note for giggles the only cake task I randomly prepped for (to use up some ingredients overnight) has not appeared 🙄  The format still needs more balance to the random tasks assignment, not recieving several tasks all needing the one machine for instance! |

So, I do not think that it is well-thought and it does not make sense to me (though better than the first event as said). A person who wants to get all the rewards can heavily rely on diamonds. For small (not developed farms), it is so difficult = I tried with one of my low level farms, no way. As I unfortunately have no time to glue myself on the device to follow and do the tasks during a day so I can see the coming task and prepare, sadly such events are not for me. |

It is all about buying the booster packs as well. The balance is out. I love a challenge but if daily tasks are daily make tasks doable in that 24 hours. Why have 3 chocolate bars at 17 hours each to make. I have been trashing these tasks in hoping to make the end game. But as I said the fun feeling you get is not there. The last 3 events have been a buzz kill. Is it going to get to the point where you look at the deco and say not worth effort like valley. Make things to difficult it’s like the ads total not buying for the principal of annoying. I for one just want event over. Sorry if I seem negative but just saying the way playing event makes you feel.

I think the balance is made in target points to get the rewards, and not in the task itself. In that, I mean you could still skip a few tasks or skip lots of task and stop where you are comfortable with. The more machines a farm unlocks, the better the variety of the task so you won't be stuck to one machine. May a new day brings you better task. |
